Performance Substrates: ATLAS SureTuff

ATLAS SureTuff is a monolayer white opaque, matte finish both sides, mineral enhanced, polypropylene synthetic paper.  The predominant feature of SureTuff is its high tear strength.  It has natural UV resistance (no additives) for outdoor use (rated 4-6 months).  Excellent “A” rated printing by thermal transfer.  The ATLAS SureTuff unique and stable print surface provides exceptional consistency of ink lay, is easier to print and dry, plus it yields tough ink bond compared to regular films.  It is outstanding in its tracking through narrow web presses.  Excellent for sheet fed offset printed applications like maps and diagrams.  ATLAS SureTuff is FDA approved for direct food contact.  Practical uses are wire and string tag applications, lumber tags, building material labels, nursery labels, sewn labels and tags.

Need to go thin?
4 mil ATLAS SureTuff is near the thickness of bond paper.  When pages in books and magazines need to be long lasting and extra durable, paper is out and SureTuff is in.  Tip the scales in your favor with higher yield, lower cost, longevity, high strength and more profit.
